TuckJoy sells picture books as a digital product. Nothing is shipped, and there is no shipping charge.
1. What you receive
When you pay for a book, it is added to your TuckJoy account as soon as the payment is confirmed, usually within moments, and Make my book makes it. Your payment is listed on your Orders & receipts page.
2. Your books and pictures
The books you buy are delivered in your account: you read them on screen, share them with a link, and download them as PDF files. We don't post printed copies.
3. Where we deliver
Anywhere TuckJoy can be used, online, in the account you bought with. There are no delivery fees.
4. If your book doesn't arrive
If a payment went through but your book wasn't made, email [email protected] from the address on your account. We will make the book or refund you in full, as our Refund and Cancellation Policy says.
