TuckJoy is an AI service. We want that to be obvious, in the product and in everything it makes.
1. What is made by AI
Every illustration is generated by an AI image model. Stories are written by an AI language model, from the details you give, and you can edit every word.
2. How it's marked
Books say "Illustrated with AI" on the last page and in the flip-book. Pictures you download carry machine-readable marks that identify them as AI-generated (IPTC metadata and a C2PA content credential). Print files for Amazon KDP carry the visible notice instead, because KDP asks for files without metadata.
3. If you publish
Amazon KDP asks publishers whether a book contains AI-generated content. A TuckJoy book does: answer yes, and follow KDP's content guidelines. Other platforms have similar rules.
4. Safety
Every upload and every illustration is checked automatically for harmful content before anyone sees it. Children are always drawn fully clothed. Anything flagged is not shown, not kept and not charged.
5. Photos and the models
Your photos are used only to draw your character and are then deleted. They are not used to train any AI model.
