A personalised children's book, from one photo
A personalised children's book makes your child the hero. Most services put their name into a story they wrote, with a hero built from options. TuckJoy draws your child from one photo, writes the story from one line you write, and your first book is free.

When a printed service is the better choice
If you want a professionally written story, printed and posted as a gift, or a book in another language, choose a printed service: Librio and Mumablue have the most ways to build a look, Dinkleboo the lowest price we saw, and I See Me! the classic name books.

Questions
What is a personalised children's book?
A picture book where your child is the hero: their name, and often their look, their family or their pets, in the story. Most are printed gifts for birthdays, holidays and milestones.
Can a personalised book look like my child?
Most services build the hero from options, such as skin tone, hair and glasses. TuckJoy draws your child from one photo instead, then draws every page from that drawing, so they look like themselves from the cover to The End. The photo is deleted as soon as the character is made.
How much does a personalised children's book cost?
Printed personalised books start at about $17.99 to $37.95 on the services' own US sites, before shipping. Your first TuckJoy book is free, with no sign-in and no card; after that each book is one payment: 10 pages $4.99, 18 pages $8.99, 26 pages $12.99.
How fast can I get one?
Printed books are made to order and posted: Librio says 2 to 3 business days to make, then shipping, and I See Me! says about 7 to 10 business days for standard US shipping. A TuckJoy book is written and drawn in minutes, to read online straight away.
Does TuckJoy print and post books?
Not yet. You read your book online and, once signed in, download a PDF to print at home or at a print shop. If you want a printed book delivered, choose one of the printed services.
TuckJoy is for anyone making something illustrated: bedtime stories and family keepsakes, gifts for a birthday or an anniversary, comics, cards, invitations and brochures.
